- We'll find you housing comparable to your damaged property, in a location convenient to your everyday activities. As the largest provider of temporary housing in the country, Oakwood has immediate access to a large inventory of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and apartments in over 2,000 cities.
- Oakwood's experienced Insurance Specialists work out of about 100 service offices all over the country. You will be served by someone near you, who knows your community - not by someone in a central office several states away.
- Because we own furniture and housewares all over the country, we can ensure your home-away-from-home will be complete with quality furniture, appliances, and housewares when you arrive. If you need additional household items, your Insurance Specialist will gladly coordinate your requests with your insurance company.
- Oakwood will handle the stressful details of moving for you. We'll work with you and your insurance company to determine billing options and the best method of collecting a security deposit. We'll also coordinate your move-in and move-out, set up utilities and phone service, and take care of any maintenance issues that arise.
